Responsibilities
- Learn all products and sell homes
- Sell homes and secure contracts
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain the sales database
- Present products to customers
- Shop the area competition
Requirements
- Two years of new home sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Real Estate License
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is disciplined, coachable, and willing to work weekends and some holidays. They should also have the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
