Sales Consultant

It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products
• Sell homes and secure contracts
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain the sales database
• Present products to customers
• Shop the area competition

Requirements

• Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
• Valid South Carolina Real Estate License
• Maintain a valid driver's license

Skills

• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service
• Exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups
