About the Role

Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional who thrives on helping people find their perfect home? Do you enjoy guiding clients through the home-buying or rental process with confidence and expertise? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

We believe that finding a home should be an exciting and seamless experience. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the key connection between prospective residents and their future homes. Your role will go beyond selling—you’ll build relationships, create memorable experiences, and help grow thriving communities.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Prospective Residents – Showcase available homes, answer questions, and provide a seamless, supportive experience from first inquiry to move-in.
  • Close the Deal – Manage sales and rental transactions, process applications, and ensure all necessary steps are completed for a smooth closing.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Foster connections with future and current residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay Market-Savvy – Track sales, rentals, and industry trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Ensure Homes are Move-In Ready – Regularly inspect available inventory, maintain property aesthetics, and monitor signage to attract buyers.
  • Represent the Brand – Attend local association events and connect with community partners to expand outreach.

Requirements

  • Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented – You have a passion for closing deals and helping people find the right home.
  • Exceptional Communicator – You can engage, persuade, and build trust effortlessly
  • Resilient & Motivated – You’re persistent and bounce back from setbacks with a positive attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Customer-Focused – You anticipate and respond to customer needs with enthusiasm and care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Sales experience required (real estate or property management experience a plus!)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time (30+ hours per week) positions only.
