About the role
Good Feet Midwest is one of the fastest-growing franchises of The Good Feet Store, with more than 45 locations across the Midwest and South and plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years. We are excited to share we are opening a new location in Venice, FL, in early Fall 2026!
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers
- Build trust and uncover customer needs
- Recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Manage a personal book of business
- Generate referrals and positive customer reviews
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed

Schedule
Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
