About the role

Gold Rush Gaming, one of Illinois' premier gaming and entertainment companies, is expanding—and we're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to help fuel our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout Illinois.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent Gold Rush Gaming at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive developments.

Requirements

  • Required Experience: in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel throughout Illinois.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Preferred Experience

  • In gaming, amusement, hospitality, or route sales.
  • Existing relationships within Illinois bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, or gaming operators.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license, without restrictions, and auto insurance at all times.
  • Must be able to become licensed with the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).

  • Ability to close deals and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
