Responsibilities

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieve business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic).
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Availability to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs., and use ladders or step stools.

Compensation

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification.

Schedule

• Excellent retail hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
