About the role
A Sales Consultant at FASTSIGNS will be the first point of contact with current and prospective customers in our centers. They will work with customers to understand their needs and propose the best solutions, collaborate with design, production, and installation teams, monitor project progress, and communicate with customers throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams
- Monitor production progress and communicate with customers
- Participate in team meetings to prioritize projects and communicate requirements
- Build long-term relationships with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to help customers succeed
- Great listening and organizational skills
- Attention to detail (especially important due to custom nature of products)
- Comfortable working with computers for tasks like estimating and managing workflows
- Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality work
Qualifications
- Design experience is beneficial but not required
