About the role

FASTSIGNS® of Rochester, MN, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored signage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate signage products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in signage, advertising, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Google Workplace is a plus.
• Ability to read construction plans is a bonus.
