As a Sales Consultant with an uncapped pay plan, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000+/year, depending on number of sales. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday.

Job Requirements

• 2 years or more of sales experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Car industry knowledge is helpful but not required

Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss pre-owned vehicle and finance options. Sales Consultants commit to becoming automotive sales experts and gain a wide knowledge of multiple vehicle makes, models and brands.

Sales Consultants test drive a wide variety of awesome vehicles, complete quotes and present & explain financing options for used vehicles, while developing and honing top-notch negotiation skills. Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail / text messages. Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referral leads.
