Sales Consultant
Job Summary

Sales Consultants generate leads, welcome potential buyers, showcase home models, and assist through the contract process until closing. Responsibilities
- Generate leads to welcome potential buyers to the community
- Showcase home models and community features
- Assist home buyers through the contract process
- Work weekends and some holidays
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
