Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet all prospective customers.
- Demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits.
- Provides information regarding community and surrounding area.
- Affords assistance with selecting home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Pre-qualifies customers and completes contract worksheets.
- Affords assistance with loan applications, obtains deposits according to company requirements, and expedites submissions and approvals.
- Liaises with production team to ensure planning and execution of building processes.
- Follows up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, and homeowners post-settlement.
- Participates in weekly sales meetings.
- Recruits, retains, and directs activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants.
