Responsibilities

- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits effectively.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac products, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with financing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the Rochester Hills market and surrounding communities is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
