Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Sales Consultant. You will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the legal industry. You will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work closely with our team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Pursue leads via professional and persistent follow-up strategies.
• Think out of the box and on your feet, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects to effectively qualify.
• Work well under pressure and have an unparalleled competitive spirit.
• Achieve a high level of self-motivation and understand how to assess a prospective buyer's needs and tailor conversations and follow-ups to each prospect specifically.
• Contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and feedback to the marketing and sales organization, and work proactively to drive overall sales results.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and personable.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of the legal industry and its nuances.

Pay

$55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary + Commissions On Track Earnings (OTE) - $125,000+
