- Test Drives – Conducting informative and engaging demonstrations
- Product Presentation – Showcasing features, benefits, and Honda brand value
- Trade-In Evaluation – Coordinating appraisals with our valuation team
- Financing & Protection Options – Presenting flexible solutions and coverage options
- Documentation & Compliance – Ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
- Vehicle Delivery – Final walk-through and key hand-off
- Post-Sale Follow-Up – Maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
