About the role

The Cavender Auto Family is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join their team at Mercedes-Benz of Lubbock, Texas. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs
  • Lead the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
  • Present high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles/cars
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions
  • Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
  • Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Complete all ongoing training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
  • Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email

Requirements

  • Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license
