About the role
Audi Dominion, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in helping customers make confident decisions and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
- Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles/cars using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track all customer interactions.
- Present customer deal structures and additional finance products, follow up with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration, engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients via phone and email, and complete all required training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories.
Requirements
- Preferred: Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications
- Submit to and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
