About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle and ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through the sales process, presenting vehicles, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs
- Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles/cars
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
- Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Complete all ongoing training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
- Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email
Requirements
- Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Strong communications skills
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude
- High School Diploma/GED is required
