What You'll Do
Welcome customers with enthusiasm in the showroom and on the lot
Help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle and budget
Deliver exciting vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service
Generate new business through phone calls, networking, referrals, and social media marketing
Represent C. A. Russell Ford with professionalism both online and in the community
Crush monthly sales goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience is a plus — but we can train the right person with the right attitude
Self-starters who are hungry, motivated, and ready to hustle
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Team players with a professional appearance and positive mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
