The Role

• Create a fun, engaging environment and transform store guests into loyal customers
• Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business
• Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs
• Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence
• Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results

• Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations
