Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales paperwork in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, promotions, and incentives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet dealership goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
