• Earn a Salary PLUS Commissions to start, and our top performers consistently earn over six figures annually.
• Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable Chevrolet vehicles and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, features, and inventory.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
