Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Build relationships through phone, text, email, video, and social media communication
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system
- Create personalized video introductions and follow-up videos for customers
- Utilize social media to expand your network and generate opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Generate repeat and referral business
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-building experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology, social media, and video communication
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
