What You Will Do
- Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads
- Knock doors and canvas neighborhoods
- Complete roofing and exterior inspections
- Document findings with photos and notes
- Present estimates and review scopes of work
- Guide homeowners through retail and insurance processes
- Execute agreements and contingencies
- Attend build days as the homeowner’s main contact
- Collect payments
- Request reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation

Compensation & Support
- This is a W2 commission-based position.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a hybrid field and office/remote environment
