Sales Consultant
Location: Ada, MI (Onsite) – hybrid remote/office role; in-person Monday–Thursday for collaboration days.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the Global Sales Strategy and Communications team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner in supporting strategy integration, planning, and execution across Global Sales. You will help connect priorities, align stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies, and translate strategic initiatives into coordinated action. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and strong integrator who can bring structure to complex work, influence across teams, and help drive measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and market stakeholders to support annual operating plan (AOP) integration, strategic planning, KPI reporting, and priority management. By bridging strategy and execution, you will help facilitate planning discussions, prepare executive-ready communications, gather and organize business insights, and provide visibility into progress against key milestones. Your ability to create alignment across workstreams will help ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are understood, and informed decisions can be made with confidence.
Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, program management discipline, and stakeholder management skills. You will strengthen execution by identifying risks and opportunities, translating data and feedback into actionable insights, and supporting the follow-through needed to advance Global Sales priorities. Through your work, you will help improve visibility, enhance decision-making, and ensure strategic initiatives are planned, communicated, and executed effectively across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy integration, planning, and execution across Global Sales.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategy and Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, program management, communications, analytics, strategy, or related work.
- Experience supporting business strategy development, integration initiatives, planning processes, KPI reporting, or data-driven decision-making to drive business performance and growth.

- Knowledge of Global Sales priorities, Amway’s Sales Plan, or the ability to learn quickly and apply business context effectively.
Pay
Salary Range: $87,800 – $96,486.66
