About the role
Sales Gravy is hiring a Sales Trainer who is both a proven seller and a skilled coach. This is a dual-role position where you are responsible for generating revenue and delivering world-class training.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation: Prospect daily, build pipeline, book meetings, close deals, and grow your book of business
- Deliver training & coaching: Lead engaging, high-impact training and coaching sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Drive account growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients
- Build relationships: Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience that drives retention
- Customize training experiences: Adapt content and develop learning experiences within our LMS
- Collaborate on content: Partner with the team on curriculum and program development
- Build your brand: Maintain a professional presence that supports credibility and visibility
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership; SaaS or channel sales experience is a plus
- Strong presentation and training facilitation skills
- Excellent time management and self-discipline
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
- Coachability and the ability to adapt quickly
- Confidence under pressure and a genuine desire to help others improve
