Sales Consultant, $60K–$100K+ Potential

About the role

Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about using their creativity to help customers create their dream homes. As a Sales Professional, you will work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up final delivery.

Compensation

• Full commission sales position with no cap on income potential
• During first 4 pay periods of training: additional $15/hour bonus on top of commissions
• Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Flexible hours with healthy work-life balance
• Must be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting furniture
• Arrange financing options
• Set up final delivery
• Maintain positive attitude and great organizational skills
• Use and train on computer systems

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using and training on computers
• Availability for standard retail hours including nights and weekends
