Sales Concierge

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls related to both sales and service departments.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-up, and customer communication.
• Assist customers professionally both in person and over the phone.
• Help manage customer leads and communication through the dealership CRM system.
• Affix spreadsheets, data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
• Greet showroom customers and create a welcoming first impression.
• Support the sales and service teams with day-to-day communication and organization.
• Maintain professionalism and organization at the front desk area.
• Help contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the dealership.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone.
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and dealership software.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries.

Qualifications

Candidate should preferably live locally in Brooklyn or Staten Island.

Pay

Hourly pay plus commission opportunities.

Schedule

Must be available to work weekends. Flexible scheduling available. Evening availability preferred.
