About the role

  • Develop and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies accordingly.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Respond to inquiries from regulators and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications
