Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze sales demos using AI transcription tools to identify areas of improvement and irregularities.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to develop actionable improvement plans tailored to individual sales reps.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to sales reps to enhance their demo performance and close rates.
- Leverage sales analytics to track performance trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the refinement of coaching processes and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain swift communication with the sales team and leadership regarding coaching outcomes and action plans.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide actionable and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus, though we are willing to train.
