- Act as a sales trainer and coach for both individual Sales Consultants and Project Managers
- Increase self-awareness, confidence, and personal development in team members
- Empower Sales Consultants to achieve their highest potential and boost sales
- Conduct engaging and effective classroom training sessions
- Educate, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants in sales strategies and techniques
- Build trust and confidence within the team through consistent support and guidance
Qualifications
- Previous success as a New Home Sales Consultant working for a New Home Builder with recognized performance
- Passion for training, coaching, and developing others
- Willingness to travel to meet with team members across locations
