About the role

Ditch the cold calls and step into a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. Be a part of our Cleveland, OH branch! Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions

Requirements

We're looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles. You must be a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, driven to succeed and grow, and experienced in sales (with the track record to prove it).
