About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is expanding its Pittsburgh, PA branch, on pace to become a $40M operation this year. We’re seeking driven sales professionals ready to step into a full-time W-2 sales role with high earning potential and rapid advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship (internal promotions only)

Requirements

• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Driven to succeed and grow
• Proven sales experience with a track record of success

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and uncapped commissions
