Responsibilities
- Run consultations start to finish. Understand what the client wants before you pitch. Walk them through financing when it fits.
- Follow up to bring back the ones who need a nudge. Jump in at the front desk when it's busy — we all pitch in.
- Close, follow up, and beat last month's number.
Requirements
- Three-plus years selling something real, with a track record you can talk through.
- High-volume experience — fast without dropping the ball.
- Confident in person and on the phone for follow-up.
- Comfortable with financing and lenders.
- Can read a room: knowing when to push and when to shut up is half the job.
Qualifications
- Structured training and a clear path up.
- Schedule is 9–6, and Saturdays are non-negotiable — that's when clients come in.
