Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with the sales team, support the Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to achieve and maintain World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
• Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans to win in the marketplace.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others (or a combination of training and experience demonstrating competency).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
