About the role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food service or similar industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food safety certification preferred.

Pay
$15.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
