Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and source new sales leads through research, including social media platforms and other prospecting tools.
- Consistently generate a high daily volume of new leads and add them to Benzinga’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Sales Outreach & Activity
- Execute a high daily volume of outbound calls and emails to sourced leads, inbound leads, and existing clients.
- Build relationships with prospects to identify needs and create sales opportunities.
- Track all activity, progress, and next steps in Benzinga’s CRM (Salesforce) to maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and the Marketing team to effectively utilize promotional strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Benzinga’s products, services, and the financial markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interest in sales, financial markets, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Experience with Benzinga products and services is a plus.
- Mid level experience.
