Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research
  • Identify and source new sales leads through research, including social media platforms and other prospecting tools.
  • Consistently generate a high daily volume of new leads and add them to Benzinga’s CRM (Salesforce).
  • Sales Outreach & Activity
  • Execute a high daily volume of outbound calls and emails to sourced leads, inbound leads, and existing clients.
  • Build relationships with prospects to identify needs and create sales opportunities.
  • Track all activity, progress, and next steps in Benzinga’s CRM (Salesforce) to maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaboration & Training
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and the Marketing team to effectively utilize promotional strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Benzinga’s products, services, and the financial markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, financial markets, and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Experience with Benzinga products and services is a plus.
  • Mid level experience.
