Sales Business Analyst
About the role
The Sales Technology Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CRM Dynamics 365 application. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Solution Architect, this position is based in Fairfield, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate enhancements to our cutting-edge sales systems, making data-driven decisions using the latest tools and technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and developers to deliver top-notch solutions that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Requirements
- Candidate must be based in New Jersey.
- 5+ years of experience with CRM products, with a majority in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with a Sales team.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
- Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects.
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Experience interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write Functional Specifications.
