Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) is a leading sales outsourcing company with more than 25 years of experience helping major brands grow their sales. We are currently hiring Sales Brand Ambassadors on behalf of our client, Trimlight.

Trimlight is a leader in permanent, programmable outdoor lighting, helping homeowners transform their homes for holidays, special events, game days, and everyday use. With innovative LED technology, a low-profile design, and easy-to-use app controls, Trimlight offers a unique product that customers can enjoy year-round.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products
• Proactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations
• Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market

Pay

• $60K–$85K+ Target Earnings
• Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
