Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet, phone, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom team
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Cook up with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Execute outbound campaigns to generate new and repeat business
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
