Sales Auditor Job Description Job Details: Employment Status: Permanent/ Full Time Starting Pay: Based on Education & Experience Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday and weekends (depending on business needs and schedule) Job Duties & Responsibilities: Audit data entered in the agency management system Report findings Provide feedback and recommendations based on findings Collaborate with the Sales Department, Accounting Department and Training Department Create and maintain spreadsheets to track audit results Identify policy deficiencies in the binding process Efficiency to navigate carrier sites and the agency management system simultaneously Assist with any special projects as needed Foment a culture of service Other duties as assigned Education & Experience: 1+ years of auto insurance experience Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred) Computer literacy Proficiency in Google Sheets Knowledge of the carrier systems to be audited Excellent communication skills both oral and written Self starter with good analytical and problem solving skills Planning and Organizational Skills Great attention to detail
