Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Verizon Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a competitive individual with a strong sales mentality, excellent customer engagement skills, and a passion for exceeding goals. The ideal candidate is energized by closing sales, building customer relationships, and maximizing commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage customers to identify wireless and technology needs
  • Drive sales of Verizon wireless plans, devices, accessories, insurance, and connected products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing sales training, and performance coaching

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, wireless, or commission-based sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong closing ability and confidence in overcoming objections
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
