Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Verizon Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a competitive individual with a strong sales mentality, excellent customer engagement skills, and a passion for exceeding goals. The ideal candidate is energized by closing sales, building customer relationships, and maximizing commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers to identify wireless and technology needs
- Drive sales of Verizon wireless plans, devices, accessories, insurance, and connected products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing sales training, and performance coaching
Qualifications
- Previous retail, wireless, or commission-based sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability and confidence in overcoming objections
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
