Responsibilities
- Maintain an attitude consistent with our company vision and values
- Ensure that all tasks and processes are completed per our company systems
- Keep the store clean inside and out
- Ensure that the presentation of the shop is consistent with our company vision and values
- Answer questions in-person or on the phone to make customers feel welcome and valued
- Perform cashier duties using Peeps POS
- Prepare the shop for opening and closing based on our System Action Plans (SAP)
- Prepare items for sales floor
- Provide polite and courteous customer service
- Greet consignors and explain consignment process and Worthy Girl contract
- Review consignors’ items and select pieces for consignment that are consistent with our brand
Requirements
- Previous retail work experience preferred
- Knowledge of and interest in fashion
- Comfortable working on a PC platform
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a polite, friendly, and respectful manner
- Professional demeanor
- Punctuality and willingness to give extra effort
