Sales Associate/Wellness Representative Full and Part Time

What You’ll Do

• Own the sales process from first interaction through close
• Drive membership, retail, and service revenue daily
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Convert consultations and tours into paying members
• Build and manage a pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and outreach
• Proven sales performance with a track record of exceeding targets
• Confidence in closing and handling objections
• High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability for results
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
