Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Unified Communications business in the United States of America. This role can be based remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our unified communications solutions to effectively present and demonstrate the benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, set personal sales goals, and work towards achieving quarterly targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: You should have experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. You should be able to understand and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Attributes: You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A passion for technology and a keen interest in the unified communications landscape is highly valued.
