Sales Associate - Touhy Retail Store

About the role

Fannie May, part of the Ferrero family of brands, is seeking a friendly, outgoing Retail Team Member to join our team at the Touhy Retail Store. Founded over 100 years ago, we continue to use only the freshest, purest ingredients in our time-honored recipes and new creations. Our retail team members play a crucial role in creating a warm in-store experience to make moments special with our premium chocolates.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate the cash register and perform various operational tasks as directed by the store manager
• Engage with the community and foster a love for chocolate

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with customers and have a passion for chocolate. No prior experience is necessary; we provide training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (e.g., operating a cash register)
• Attention to detail

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring at least 30 hours per week.
