About the role
This will be a hybrid position reporting to our Atlanta, Georgia office.
How I will contribute
- Sell the Lathem, an Asure company, cloud-based time and attendance solutions—including software subscriptions, web-enabled time clocks, and accessories—to business customers across the U.S. and Canada.
- Work directly with end users as well as manage reseller relationships.
- Guide prospective and existing customers through the sales process by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and negotiating pricing.
- Understand customer pain points and identify the right PayClock Online software and hardware solutions to meet their operational needs.
- Demonstrate product capabilities and features via phone, video, and email.
- Provide guidance on system configuration, deployment options, and integration with payroll systems.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayClock Online software, compatible time clock hardware, pricing models, and competitive differentiators.
- Stay informed of new product updates, features, and use cases.
- Manage individual reseller relationships by providing sales support, pricing guidance, and product information.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Support, and Marketing teams as needed to support the customer's lifecycle.
- Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions, or consultative selling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Consultative and customer-focused selling style.
- High product curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Persuasive communicator and confident negotiator.
Compensation
The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure, with a base hourly compensation of $26.50-$28.00 per hour. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
