About the role

This will be a hybrid position reporting to our Atlanta, Georgia office.

How I will contribute

  • Sell the Lathem, an Asure company, cloud-based time and attendance solutions—including software subscriptions, web-enabled time clocks, and accessories—to business customers across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work directly with end users as well as manage reseller relationships.
  • Guide prospective and existing customers through the sales process by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and negotiating pricing.
  • Understand customer pain points and identify the right PayClock Online software and hardware solutions to meet their operational needs.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and features via phone, video, and email.
  • Provide guidance on system configuration, deployment options, and integration with payroll systems.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayClock Online software, compatible time clock hardware, pricing models, and competitive differentiators.
  • Stay informed of new product updates, features, and use cases.
  • Manage individual reseller relationships by providing sales support, pricing guidance, and product information.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Support, and Marketing teams as needed to support the customer's lifecycle.
  • Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions, or consultative selling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative and customer-focused selling style.
  • High product curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Persuasive communicator and confident negotiator.

Compensation

The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure, with a base hourly compensation of $26.50-$28.00 per hour. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
