About the role
The Sales Associate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales associates within the bank's retail branch. This individual will ensure that all team members are meeting their sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service standards.
- Manage team schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and assist in problem-solving situations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote bank products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
