Sales Associate/Studio Associate

We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission-based environment
• Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests
• Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Pay

• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly
• Commission opportunities during sales training while shadowing experienced team members
• Competitive hourly pay upon successful training completion + commission

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 9:30 pm (opening and closing shifts)
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm (opening and closing shifts)
• Flexibility to choose shifts within the above schedule
