Sales Associates are the first point of contact for customers, embodying the “Country Fair Cares” mission—caring about customers, the team, and the community. The role involves delivering excellent service on the sales floor, whether preparing food products or assisting at checkout, and acting as an Ambassador of Good Will.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Prepare and handle Country Fair food products as needed.
- Operate checkout stations and ensure accurate transactions.
- Represent the brand positively, fostering goodwill with customers and teammates.

Pay
Starting rate $14+ per hour.
