About the role

Sales Associates are the first point of contact for customers at Country Fair. They embody the company’s mission “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community,” and help maintain the culture that has earned the company multiple “Best Places to Work” recognitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and package Country Fair food products as needed.
• Operate checkout stations and handle transactions accurately.
• Act as an Ambassador of Good Will, representing the brand positively to customers and teammates.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to interact positively with customers throughout their visit.

Pay

Starting rate: $14+ per hour.
